This PR adds the following:

Adds dotenv as dependency for .env file parsing
Fixes type generation issues in feat: allow union type generation #14
Fixes / Implements don't clober .env.example #1 and ignore blank lines #2
Adds syntax highlighting to README for .env codeblocks using toml
