- Remove several functions from the PyOBO-flavored Reference class. This will make it easier to upstream to Bioregistry to have a "standardized" reference and a "preferred" reference
- rename several parsing functions, which were a bit misleading. Make them private, since they shouldn't be used outside of PyOBO
This is preparing for upstreaming to Bioregistry
