Add the cli command
./revme format-kzg-setup trusted_setup.txtthat takes standard kzg trusted setup and formats it into two binary files (g1 and g2 points). These formatted binaries are smaller in size and have the same functionality.The main formatting function that takes string is moved to
revm-primitivesso it can be reused if needed. Removed "generated" file as the idea is to just load binary file straight from the files.Refactored the revme commands so the crate is more structured.
