Gutenberg's been merged into core for a while now. The Editor selection meta-box isn't necessary any more.
Simplest thing to do is to no longer attach oik_block_add_meta_boxes to add_meta_boxes.

But there are also some PHPUnit tests that will need correcting or removing.
