Here's our revised schedule for our remote event. All times are in CST. Please reach out to an organizer via Slack if you have any questions!

Friday, March 8

• 6:00pm-7:00pm CST: Zoom debugging session for help with Git/Github issues.

Saturday, March 9

• 10:00-11:00am Opening intros by organizers, overview of the day, icebreaker/participant intros
• 11:00am-noon Project kick off + pitch, brainstorm ideas, join a project team
• noon - 1:00pm (Optional) Lunch / BoF rooms open for socialization
• rest of day Work on projects (and mingle, socialize). Participants mostly work asynch or communicate through project-specific Slack channels. Free time to do other things in your day.
• 4:00pm-4:30pm Regroup and share out in main room
• 4:30-5:30pm Open rooms for socialization, discussion

Sunday, March 10

This day is intended to be flexible project work time/social time. Do what feels right to you.

• 10:00am-10:30am Virtual project stand up, flex time to switch projects
• 10:30-2pm Flexible work time. BoF rooms open at noon.
• 2:00pm-3:00pm Presentation prep
• 3:00-3:30pm Report out on projects (show the README for your package or issues that have been closed), concluding remarks by organizers
• 4-5:30pm Open rooms for socialization and discussion
