This release takes carbon cycle functionality out of the concentrations_emissions handler and allows output of carbon cycle variables such as Atmospheric fraction of CO2 and carbon flux to the ocean and biosphere carbon pools, both in emission-driven runs and in concentration -driven runs (in which they are back-calculated). It also introduces a few new free parameters in the carbon cycle, making it more flexible and allowing carbon cycle uncertainties to be modelled.
