I got a warning:

09:33:51  [WARNING]: Deprecated functionality
The `source-paths` config has been renamed to `model-paths`. Please update your
`dbt_project.yml` configuration to reflect this change.

`dbt_project.yml` configuration to reflect this change.

So I guess these need to be renamed. Not a dbt expert, so please ignore this PR if in error.

This seems to have been fixed in #20.
