Add unicode plugin support

Add unicode plugin support with an option to use it on pipeline

• Fix, always copy (new) plugins
• Arguments should not be marked required. Conflicts with 'justInclude' parameter
• Deprecated task execution handler
• NSIS job fails when attempting to run

add support to Custom Plugins Path

new plugin option "Custom Plugins Path" to be able to include custom plugins path in order to be able to use custom plugins that aren't included on default plugins folder.
All plugins file in this path will be copied to nsis\plugins\x86-ansi
