Adds 2 different types of tests. - Unit tests that directly call the RabbitMQ EventSource with specific inputs. The most interesting thing to verify here is exception information is serialized properly. - An end-to-end test that stops the RabbitMQ server and ensures the client logs messages. Fix dotnet#674
