Is it normal that I can't find this property on the 4.7.0 version that apparently got shipped Jan 20th?

@ThiagoT1 version 4.7.0 was released 2 months ago before this change was made.

Looking at https://www.nuget.org/packages/System.Threading.Channels/4.7.0 you will see

Version Downloads Last updated
4.7.0 92,206 2 months ago

And if you open the package, you'll find the publishing date is Friday, November 15, 2019, 1:52:49 AM

I agree what VS is showing can be confusing, maybe showing the date you downloaded the package? I am not really sure.
