DnsTube.Console Alpha release

An alpha release of a console version of the app. You can run it manually or schedule with Task Scheduler so that it can run without requiring login.

I plan to add a command-line parameter for the config.json file, but for now it will look for it in C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Local\DnsTube, or in the same folder as the application if you are using a Portable version. It's easiest to configure settings with the GUI version (previous version will work for this), but if the GUI is already working for you there is no need to change any settings.
