refactor(pfcp): Improve logging and error handling during session create/modify/delete #592

Before this patch, eupf would silently (info log level) skip PDR creation failures due to map sizes being too small, accepting the the PFCP session creation request.
This patch makes sure:

  • The issue is reported at a meaningful log level (warn or error)
  • The PFCP session creation request is rejectedt

@pespin Could you please rebase the PR on top of current main? All checks in pipeline were fixed there.

@pirog-spb I rebased and submitted my patches on top of current main like 2 weeks ago but I still get errors and I'm unable to merge them (no button to "merge").

At least, you have some unit tests failed. Please fix it.

Another issue is Trivy job failure. Looks strange. I'm looking into the problem.
