Add missing go generate lines for perfmon metricset #3856

This PR add the missing go generate lines to doc.go.

Please test this by running go generate.

From https://blog.golang.org/generate:

The comment must start at the beginning of the line and have no spaces between the // and the go:generate.

The space after the slash needs to be removed otherwise the command will not be executed.

I had generate these files without go generate. Can I use this PR to fix?
