Add new verification section to user profile

• Removes E2EIcon that was previously shown along with the display name.
• Removes security section in the user profile including the device list.
• Adds a new VerificationSection as per design except for the verify again/ withdraw verification part.
• Some playwright tests unrelated to user profiles used to rely on the e2e icon that this PR removes. I've updated those tests to use the crypto API directly.

common|security isn't used in the app anymore and was removed by yarn i18n. Have updated this test to use a different translation key.

This tbh.
Not sure why you'd even remove that in the first place, a keystone feature of this app is having your sessions transparent to a degree so that people can trust each other.
