В смысле, файл этот класть в папку установки far2l, а не пользователю? |

да, просто положить в файлик скажем wslgclip.sh и юзать его под wslg если не указано другое.. |

Только там два файлика будет, .sh и .vbs, способ с vbs быстрее, но поддержку vbs вроде грозятся убрать в будущем, поэтому там есть альтернативный вариант на powershell |
