Add installation instructions for Lazy package manager since most people have an existing Neovim configuration and Cloning might not be very efficient for them.

In other words GitHUb is happy to vacuum up everybody else's code disregarding all licensing and use it to build their own product charging people to rehash IP they didn't properly license, but they can't even accept contributions on their own projects because the average Joe hasn't signed a CLA turning over everything to them. |
