Correct address for Finnish list is http://adb.juvander.net/Finland_adb.txt, not https://iadb.azurewebsites.net/Finland_adb.txt

Right now there is a redirect in place, but it might be gone one day :)

Just wanted to mention that 'https' also works although it triggers a certificate warning.
