Continuous eval fixes and improvements (#48)

* Continuous eval fixes and improvements
- Merge similar functions
- Only keep one result tab active (close on new eval, stop watchers when closed)
- Re-eval with any jsonnet file change (until the result window is closed)
- Upgrade npm packages

* `preserveFocus` on window

* Linting
