These get re-generated when importing the Gradle project, which is the "ultimate truth" for building.
This is already a managed dependency in build.gradle, as it should be.
Libraries should not be committed. The "Libs" directory is just a contenient way to add the "HERE-sdk.aar" from a Premium SDK to the project.
