Direct Issue to Pharmacy

• When editing, should give a warning when fewer stocks
• Rate, Value in Bill Items Lines
• Bill Total at the Bottom
• Reduce Space in the header, remove Age, Sex
• When more items than the full height of the page, need to skip the printed header #10099
• Add Button needs to be fired instead of the Settle button for Enter Key
• Save the Bill later later resume #10100
