Summary
Upgrade sqlite3 library per Dependabot's request. Should be a drop-in replacement. Looking through the changelog, this should have the added benefit of adding support for pre-built binaries for more platforms which is always nice. https://github.com/TryGhost/node-sqlite3/releases
