Description

Add objects, equipments, commands lists filters when adding a command in a scenario modification

The PR adds filters to objects, equipments, commands lists when a command is added in a scenario.
Only matching objects, equipments, commands to each filter are visible in the lists.

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
  • This change is only breaking for integrators, not for external standards or end-users.
