Add filter on designs list in scenario

Description

Add a designs list filter when adding a design in a scenario modification

The PR adds a filter to designs list when a gotodesign is added in a scenario.
Only matching designs to the filter are visible in the list.

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
  • This change is only breaking for integrators, not for external standards or end-users.
• Documentation improvement
