Abstract should be rendered in docx and odt #1451
Comments
While this is being fixed, it would also be handy to have |
Just pinging this old issue. I have version 1.17.2 and it does not print abstract in odt files. Is there a reason this is not implemented? I'm kind of missing this feature :) |
Dear all, I am just about to explore better use of open standards, namely ODT, for my public sector employer and just noticed that both subtitle and abstract is only rendered for DOCX, but not ODT. Can we please reopen this issue as it is currently only partially resolved? Thank you for this great piece of software. It helps us already to produce HTML and PDF output from the same MD file (example). |
Why don't you open a new issue requesting this for ODT? |
I've been writing a number of papers in md now, and using pandoc to render them in .docx and .pdf for various audiences. The pdf renderer outputs the abstracts correctly, however the .docx (or .odt) renderer does not. Any thoughts as to how that could be accomplished?
