The job id used later as part of the notification data.
It's needed because we want to be able to unset to, cc, bcc and replyTo on email-notification-template objects.
break the swf to 3 parts and compare them separately - base swf, api_v3 requests, flashvars
this could have caused a kwidget action to start in the PS2 log and end in the api_v3 log
use memcache to save the swf that is patched with the uiConf and widget in order to avoid paying the NFS access time
the path of the file to return may be in the cache folder, since the api cache is shared, some other machine may try to return from cache while it does not have the locally cached file. The fix is simply not to return from cache in case the file to serve is not found.
- $cache was used for two purposes, changed one to $cache_redirect - when redirecting to cacheswf should not include the root in the url
