Oculus Kill Switch - 1.7.0
Update Notes:
- Fixed checking for and downloading Oculus Killer and the Oculus Client.
- Config no longer generates unless in the proper directory.
- This will be the last x86 (32-bit) release. Just upgrade already.
- This will be the last release to require the .NET 7 runtime to be installed, it's kinda silly to need to install it for something this simple.
- Any versions older than 1.7.0 are unusable, please update to this version or higher.
What does Oculus Kill Switch do?
- It allows you to easily toggle between the default Oculus Dash and Oculus Killer.
- If the Oculus Dash or SteamVR is open, it will to prevent you from switching to prevent issues.
- Having the Oculus Client open displays a warning, as I haven't found a better way to check if you're in VR. You can choose to disable this warning, but please be cautious of switching.
Quality of Life Features
- If opened in the wrong directory, it will open the directory you need to put the program.
- Asks if you'd like to make a desktop shortcut on first-launch.
- Notifies you of newer versions.
- Asks if you'd like to have Oculus Killer downloaded, if you don't already have it installed.
