Update Samsung Internet / WebView Android data for GeolocationCoordin…

…ates API (#25985)

This PR updates and corrects version values for Samsung Internet for the `GeolocationCoordinates` API. The data comes from the [mdn-bcd-collector](https://mdn-bcd-collector.gooborg.com) project (v10.12.10).
