Extension not working (C# debugger)

Hello, i'm almost completely new to programming but it seems like i already have an issue with the extensions,and i don't really know if the issue is only specific to the C# extension.
So each time i try to debug VS code shows me that message ;
" You don't have an extension for debugging C#. Should we find a C# extension in the MarketPlace ?" ,
but when i go to check the extension it says that it is already installed and enabled.

I tried to use VS code on my another PC but with the same Windows Account and i had the exact same issue.
