The release of emoji-datasource 4 includes the emoji from Unicode 10.0 / Emoji 5.0, which are supported by most vendors now.
The new emoji data for Unicode 10.0 has changed the category names. Both the script to build the data.js file and the SVG icons in the picker have to be updated to reflect that.

By updating the dependency on emoji-datasource, we can use newly introduced Emoji 5.0.
This required a change in emoji categories' names, but apart from that no big work.
