Add ability to use hyphenated names for custom module xml elements

Currently the way the code is generated for a controller, a hyphenated name will break the code when it runs.

Xml View

    <action-bar id="test_actionbar_1" text="This is a test actionbar 1"  module="test/ui" />

Currently Generated Code

    $.__views.test_actionbar_1 = (require("test/ui").createaction - bar || Ti.UI.createaction - bar)({
        id: "test_actionbar_1",

    });

Proposed Generated Code

    $.__views.test_actionbar_1 = (require("test/ui")["createaction-bar"] || Ti.UI["createaction-bar"])({
        id: "test_actionbar_1",
        text: "This is a test actionbar 1"
    });
