References to .sla files must be removed and new instructions to use markdown should be added

Thank you for this issue @erciccione, we will be removing the .sla files once we finish the .dm files. @BlackLotus64 was not able to work the 'ru' and 'zh-hants' folder so I will be submitting the PR tomorrow and those will be the last .md files so we can update the repo and start on the new workflow now that the compensation model is going to start.
