See the error 'bad Xref entry' in the error console.

pdf contains the following data:

00000000 65535 f 
0000000059 00000 n 
0000100001 00000 n 
0000000000 00000 n 
0000000125 00000 n

Object 3 0 reference marked as in use and has offset 0, which is invalid (points to the %PDF header and object 1 0)
