The
producer_consumertest was failing intermittently both on my local machine and on GitHub runners (https://github.com/nanocurrency/nano-node/runs/7696698834?check_suite_focus=true#step:5:1648). Properly testing that behavior requires generating a lot of votes for which the GitHub runners are too slow. My fix is to move it to slow_tests suite and parallelizing producer vote generation part.
