Fix bug in data.frame input (introduced in 2.8.0)
Requests for more than 5 sites include a call to Sys.sleep() to not exceed ISRIC's request "Fair Use" limits (5 / minute)
Update spatial promotion of SoilProfileCollection for aqp 2.0 (now required on >2.8.0)
Add 10 kPa (wv0010), 33 kPa (wv0033), 1500 kPa (wv1500) volumetric water content after Turek et al. 2023
