Airdropper stores completed transfers in a database.
If the database is corrupted, airdropper cannot restore the database of completed transfers.
UPD: It was decided to implement airdrop transaction parsing in scope of separate script that will be used to restore postgres table 'airdrop_ready' from solana transaction history. This script will require faucet to use new evm instruction 'deposit NEON'.
