This adds CI for:

  • the OpenAPI specification and the API documentation. Previously CI was only used for the Go SDK.
  • Mac for the Go SDK (not only Linux)
  • Windows for the Go SDK using Travis instead of AppVeyor. Since Travis now supports Windows testing, we don't have to have two CIs for one repository.
