mis-translation ? index instead of indices in advice in admin overview (French)

Steps to reproduce

1. upgrade from 13 to 14.0.0
2. go to /settings/admin/overview with a french browser
3. read "La base de données a quelques index manquant. Du fait que l'ajout d'index dans de grandes tables peut prendre un certain temps, elles ne sont pas ajoutées automatiquement. En exécutant "occ db: add-missing-index", ces index manquants pourraient être ajoutés manuellement pendant que l'instance continue de tourner. Une fois les index ajoutés, les requêtes sur ces tables sont généralement beaucoup plus rapides."

Expected behaviour

En exécutant "occ db: add-missing-index" should be replaced by "En exécutant "occ db:add-missing-indices" (no space and indices instead of index)
