This is a minor change to ensure that pdb files generated without relaxation are found and copied upon completion. Instead of
_relaxed_rank_001*.pdbtheir names end with_unrelaxed_rank_001*.pdb.The fix is not perfect as it will leave the un part in the file name, but its better than not finding anything altogether and has minimal impact.
