With this update we:

  • Update distiller dependencies
  • Update Dockerfile for the most recent pairtools
  • Introduce options for dedup
  • Add fastp to the dependencies
  • Resolve an issue with ncbi account home path

Checks:

  • tested usage: fastp; sra download (@agalitsyna), general convergence of output with old distiller (@sergpolly)
  • dockerhub open2c/distiller_env latest and 0.3.4 updated
