Can't Join the github Education community

more than 8 months when I try to renew my student pack i'm having a trouble accessing the back camera to take a picture of my university card. Only the front camera is working.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Scan it by a shop and have a soft copy and upload it, or
Get help from a friend to use the camera..

I tried to submit my application before, but it was refused (with this method of taking picture with front camera ) also recently a section that called "Why aren't you on campus?" appeared where I should renewal my pack even though I am on campus. When I first signed up for the educational pack, it was easier, and I could upload a picture directly. I have spent over 9 months trying to renew it.

when I tried to renew it with Microsoft Edge browser upload pictures.. etc appeared normal

so SOLVED ( trying with another browser unless Google Chrome )
