Have not received the github education benefits after being verified

Hi everyone,

i got verified for github education package on Jan 22,2025 and still havent received the benefits. when i go to the copilot page on my profile it says sign up for free trial.

Given your status you should have access to your academic benefits. To redeem your Copilot offer, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select Copilot, if you can redeem it you are fine, if you can't, I suggest you to raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
