I am a verified student, but when I try to get my free NameCheap domain with my primary email, it says my university is not verified..

What's the status of your application?

If the label is green and states "Congrats! Your request for @So10-k was approved and your benefits will be available soon. that means you can't redeem any offers yet even though you are a verified student so you have to wait.

If the label is purple and states "Congrats! Your request for @So10-k was approved and your benefits are now available.", it means that you should have access to your benefits, so if you are experiencing problems redeeming any of the offers listed on the pack offers page, you should contact support by opening a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
