Steps to reproduce

Call the filepicker with httpd/unix-directory mimetypeFilter

Expected behaviour

Choose button should be enabled by default allowing selection of the root folder.

Actual behaviour

The Choose button is disabled.

Server configuration

Owncloud 10.0.4

It would probably work fine with following fix:
https://github.com/nextcloud/server/blob/ff2d4432d8af7f8d1d17d9740f985bb36db531fc/core/js/oc-dialogs.js#L313-L317
