Admin Quota Overview

I'd like to propose being able to see at a glance from the admin screen how much space is utilized by each user as I have depicted in the example screenshot. It would give admins a nice birds-eye view of who is using the most data. You could reuse the code that is already in place on the user's personal settings page.

I think this is planned here: #7151

See: Additional features section

optional columns (to activate by checkbox on the bottom left): Usage (displays Quota usage in %, after Quota), followed by Storage Location, Last Login (last col). Choice of which are displayed should be remembered

Hi all,
any chance that this will be implemented?
there is some other way to check the user quota usage?

See #12602. Would be nice to have this for 9.2.
