EthRequestHandlerEthRequestHandlerform default 10 to 4. This aims to ensure thatEthRequestHandlerdoesn't fill too much memory before yielding the thread, in order to allow sending of the response from active session. Ref reth killed by out-of-memory killer #8115, UnblockActiveSession#7008.
