I kind of stalled on this. I think the problem is that we purged all of the package-specific version tags a while back (who knew that Lerna might need them?!) so I'm going to try to recreate them from the most recent version of |

This is a quick spike to remove a bunch of hacks in our release scripts. This PR should test the
release-prrun-script and publish a canary release of all packages.Fixes #562 by adding
fs-extraas an explicit dependency ofprimer-module-build.Might fix #355, depending on how Lerna v3's canary versioning works. 🤞
