I updated Smart Wallet ABI from rif-relay-contracts.
When we make a Trx with rif relay the flow follows:

  1. Swallet call RelayHub smart contract(relayCall method)
  2. RelayHub SC invoke execute method of Smart Wallet SC
  3. Smart Wallet SC invoke transfer method twice.

3.1. First one, if we indicate a value for a fee, we transfer this value to FeeReciever SC

3.2. Second, We transfer value to the indicated receiver.
