Optic aliged approach

Directory structure & Contents:

  • optic_aligned
    • Q_0.33/3.33/10_kev : contains the data for one Q value
    • plots : contains the code used to generate plots.

In the optic aligned approach an artificial phase is added to each point on a plane wave to mimic the effect of tilt. Regluar multi-slice simulations are now performed with this incident wave. Refer to the manuscript for detailed explanation of the algorithm.
