Listing workgroup participants names and affiliations

Purpose: communicate to EC and Expert Group a copy/link of README.md, keys.md, feedback.md.

Points:

• our working group “Wallet keys in practice” is working on HDK
• HDK viable solution to stated key management problems
• current spec represents current consensus about interoperable solution; work in progress
• we’d like to engage in dialogue on ARF/Implementing Acts

Meeting 2024-07-01: Emil, Erlend, Micha, Michelle, Remco check with their organisation. Most expect to respond this week.

Note that we’re mostly representing as individual experts in the LSPs. Organisation or LSP representation is stronger, but should not be blocking for a first communication. Also OK to modify scoping if that helps to attach names.
