BSX + GSU Fast rom Test Core + MiSTer Fixes ( rendering ranger + Kawasaki Superbike)

For BSX put your BSX bios rom in the assets/common folder and rename to bios.rom

then load your bs roms (unpatched) as you would a normal snes rom. The BSX bios will then be auto loaded.

Doesnt seem to want to save your name settings so you have to input this everytime.

Some games need the header patching as they were only playable at certain times/year.
